Roxie
Roxie takes morale seriously — which mostly means being under everyone's desk at some point and making sure no one eats lunch alone. She's not on site or in an interview, but she's on shift for every video call, keeping the team (relatively) calm when the phones don't stop.
Her interview technique is unconventional (a lot of sniffing, zero small talk) but her instincts about who's trustworthy are, frankly, better than most CVs.
